Confirmation, reminder, reschedule and cancellation emails with a calendar file, plus alerts to your team for every new booking or request.
Calendar feed
Each staff member gets a private feed link for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook that shows their upcoming bookings.
Your Shopify customers
Bookings can create or match the customer in Shopify with tags for the service and location, and record marketing consent only when given.
Your Google Calendar, kept in step
On the Pro plan each staff member can connect their own Google Calendar. Every confirmed booking appears in their calendar and moves or disappears when it is rescheduled or cancelled, and anything already in their calendar (a dentist appointment, a day off) automatically blocks those times on your booking page, so customers can never book over it. Customers only see that a time is unavailable, never what is in the calendar. Connecting is one click with Google’s own sign-in, disconnecting deletes everything BookSlot stored, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Privacy policy: Google Calendar data · BookSlot’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
